Description
This was a stage in the illustration of an Art Nouveau movie poster. The movie was a documentary on bees. This beautiful scene was changed by the client to turn it into a sunset, with dark and ominous overtones, and include a plane dumping pesticides (because at the time, pesticides were considered a probable cause of the mass bee kill in the early 2000's). Honestly, the final poster didn't look anywhere as beautiful as my original design. I hope you like this.
